Fang Guangzhi, born in 1978, alternative name is Mengsanzhaizhu. He was born in scholarly family, his childhood learning calligraphy and painting from Fang Wenda. He graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Xiamen University in 2002, obtained a bachelor's degree. 2005 graduated from the Arts Department of Xiamen University China painting major, received a master's degree in literature, and has been teaching there.
He is currently the backbone of China Central Academy of Fine Arts visiting scholar, Xiamen University School of the arts fine arts department associate professor, master degree tutor, director of Chinese painting teaching and research section of Art College of Xiamen University, vice president of Fujian youth painting academy, member of Chinese Artists Association, Chinese Calligraphers Association member, director of Chinese cultural relics Institute of painting and sculpture of the Specialized Committee.

"Yellow flowers and songbirds in warm autumn” participated in the celebrate the ninetieth anniversary of the founding of the CPC, the global Chinese calligraphy, art, photography contest", won the excellent works prize.
"Running script" was selected into the first Fujian province calligraphy Lanting award", which organized by the Fujian Provincial Calligraphy Association.

"Years like a dream" was selected in the "Splendid Western Coast - Fujian contemporary art exhibition in Beijing", won the award for outstanding works (highest award), works were collected by Chinese Art Museum.
"Propitious clouds" was selected in the first national modern fine brushwork painting exhibition, works were collected by the Chinese modern fine brushwork painting academy.
